United by our common mission of service to children, the Kiwanis Club of Lakewood is a fellowship of women and men who join together to strengthen our ties to the Lakewood community and improve the lives of our city’s young people. We do this as part of Kiwanis International, a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world – one community and one child at a time.
The Kiwanis Club of Lakewood has been a fixture in the community for more than a century, and is one of the most effective Kiwanis clubs in Ohio with approximately 45 members strong. We meet weekly at noon on Tuesdays at St. Clement’s Church on the corner of Madison and Lincoln Ave. We have a great tradition of hosting captivating speakers from the community covering a variety of engaging topics.
